At the beginning of Summer, Groupe AREVA’s communications branch called on Occurrence’s expertise and consulting services for help in the overhauling of its information flow and dissemination pathways.
Occurrence conducted a series of qualitative interviews with the company’s key communication stakeholders, which enabled us to gather the data and intelligence needed to fully understand the Group’s procedures and challenges. Following this initial phase, Occurrence was able to provide AREVA’s communication team with different organisational and operational scenarios to help them steer the branch’s transformation.
